  When I'm trying to do a job around the house, and I don't feel like getting in the car and doing a 12 mile round trip to Home Depot, and then try to find someone on the floor who's helpful, wait in line to check out, and then if I get something that doesn't fit, do all of that again, well, I LOVE going into Bay Hardware right here in Seal Beach. I'm usually helped right away, and back home 15 minutes later. My free time is precious, and I'm aware that Bay Hardware pays higher rent than Home Depot, and I'm aware they have to pay more for their merchandise, so why would I not expect to pay more too? They try really hard to be helpful, and you don't have to buy a whole box of that one size of screw that you need.
